These terms apply to every order placed on banny.design. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2. Products
- The main features of each product (material, sizes, colours, print) are described on its product page.
- Products are printed on demand after you order. Production and delivery are carried out for us by our production partner Gelato and its local print partners.
- Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you pay.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can cancel it.
4. Order and contract
The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if it can’t be fulfilled or if we suspect fraud; any payment is then refunded in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery costs and times are described on the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the right to a replacement or refund for faulty items. See Returns & refunds.
7. Complaints and legal guarantee
If a product does not conform to the contract, you have the rights given by consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. Send complaints to [email protected] with your order number and a description (and a photo, if possible).
8. Intellectual property
All designs, texts, images and logos on this site belong to Banny Design / Dabani OOD and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the site, interruptions outside our control or force majeure, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Disputes
Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by email. Consumers in Bulgaria can also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП). The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
