We want you to love your tee. Here is what happens if something is wrong or if you change your mind.
1. Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, in the wrong size or design, or with a defect, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you don’t need to send the item back.
2. Changed your mind: 14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person you named) received the goods. This is your legal right in the EU and the UK, and we offer the same to customers everywhere.
- Tell us: email [email protected] with your order number, your name and the items you are returning. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
- Send it back: within 14 days of telling us, to Dabani OOD, 7 Nikola Petkov St, 2100 Elin Pelin, Bulgaria. Please email us before you send anything.
- Condition: the items should be unworn and unwashed. If an item has been used beyond what is needed to check it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
- Return postage: paid by you, unless the item was faulty or wrong.
3. Refunds
- We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
- We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
4. Wrong size
Because each tee is printed for your order, we can’t swap sizes directly. Return the item under section 2 and place a new order in the right size. Please check the size details on the product page before you order.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years in the EU).
6. Model withdrawal form
“To Dabani OOD, 7 Nikola Petkov St, 2100 Elin Pelin, Bulgaria, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order no.
