We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you don’t need to send the item back.

2. Changed your mind: 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person you named) received the goods. This is your legal right in the EU and the UK, and we offer the same to customers everywhere.

Tell us: email boryana@dabanny.com with your order number, your name and the items you are returning. Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

4.
